Cost - effective CT70 API 5ST Coiled Tubing used in directional wells
Since the 1960’s, coiled tubing has been normally used in oil and gas industries. The development of science and technology spurred the rise and improvement of coiled tubing technology. During 1980’s, it began to be widely applied in drilling, workover, completion, etc, playing an indispensible role in oil and gas industry. It is clear that CT technology will continue to bring more applications in oil market.
Coiled tubing drilling technique has gained more fame in oil and gas industries in recent years. Coiled tubing drilling are normally used in two categories: directional and non-directional wells. Non-directional wells use a traditional drilling assembly to connect a downhole motor. Directional wells use an orienting equipment to control the direction of the well.
As one of the main products of our company, conventional CT70 coiled tubing has more than 10 years of production history and supply experience, and now there is a mature production process and production line. Similar materials include CT80, CT90, CT100, CT110, etc. All our products are of high quality and fully conforms to API 5ST standard.
Our products have complete specifications and can meet all working conditions.The outer diameter range of CT70 tube we supply is from 3/4”(Ф19.05mm) to 3 1/2”(Ф88.9mm). The thickness range is from 0.075" to 0.3" (1.9mm ~ 7.6mm). All dimensions and corresponding parameters are listed in the table below, we can also customize it according to customers' requirement details.
